Leadership training program?Q. I am searching for an effective leadership training program/syllabus/system/rubric/whatever. Our students are bright, ambitious and energetic, but they don't all have the necessary skills to be leaders. This is a problem when a not-so-innately-skilled student is thrust into a leadership role, which happens. How do schools address the question of the quality of student leadership? Good student government (and other student roles) is vital to the morale and well-being of our Upper School. A. I suggest "Developing Capable People" by H. Stephen Glenn.
