Online tutorial for Kung Fu

Q. Since I'm a fat bastard I decided to lose some weight. I watched a nice Shaolin program on Natiolal Geographic channel and I was astonished with what I saw. Zen and all that I'd like to ask all of you on this newsgroup if you know a good book on Kung Fu or an online tutorial. I'd be happy to do some exercises and if it's on Kung Fu I'd be twice happy! I'd prefer anything that has to do with taoism. I've heard that Shaolin Kung Fu is closely related to boudism. Is there a kung fu genre directly proposed by taoism?

A. I am also overweight. I had joined a gym years ago, but lacked the motivation to actually work out. Just this year, I checked out and joined a local Kung Fu school. Not only was I motivated, but I had people who worked out with me, making me want to work out even more. As for books, the school I joined has a website and on one of it's pages, it has recommended books. Most are closely associated with the system that the school teaches (Bei Shoalin Kung Fu, one of many variations of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu).
